BLUEWELD PRESTIGE PLASMA 41 is a portable inverter for air plasma cutting with contact arc ignition, designed for cutting almost all metals (steel, stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, copper, brass, etc.) without deformation. The maximum cutting current is 40 A. The maximum thickness of the metal sheet to be cut is 12 mm.
The control panel in the BLUEWELD PRESTIGE PLASMA 41 is equipped with a rotary potent ion meter, graduated in amperes, indicators for burner voltage, mains voltage, phase presence and air pressure.
The plasma cutter included with the BLUEWELD PRESTIGE PLASMA 41 has high cutting quality and precision, while the cutting is carried out extremely quickly and requires little operator effort. The cutter can also perform figure cutting. Compared to other equipment for similar purposes, plasma equipment provides the greatest process safety.
Built-in automatic thermal protection turns off the device if it overheats. Also, the BLUEWELD PRESTIGE PLASMA 41 device is equipped with protection against overloads, over voltage and under voltage.
The plasma torch cools automatically.
